What are Pika’s rules?

We want Pika to be a safe, respectful, and welcoming place for anyone to share their thoughts, feelings, ideas, perspectives, and experiences. We host and welcome a diverse range of people and a broad spectrum of viewpoints.

However, to foster and maintain this environment, there are certain content and conduct we prohibit. We reserve the right to suspend or remove a blog or its contents for any reason, but we will for sure if we see:

Additionally, all Pika users are subject to Good Enough’s Use Restrictions Policy.

Note that some content may not qualify for suspension or removal, but may still be hidden or removed from discovery on Pika (like Pulse). For example, some nudity or graphic content for the purposes of art, education, or journalism may be OK on Pika, but we’d likely hide that content from discovery features.

Pika and the team at Good Enough have the sole authority and final decision as to whether, when, and how content should be suspended, removed, or hidden.

How to report a violation

If you see an account, blog post, blog page, or other content or conduct on Pika that you believe violates any of these rules, or should be hidden from discovery, please report it to our team and we’ll take a look.

If you break the rules

We strive to be fair and reasonable, but we reserve the right to suspend, remove, or hide your account or blog contents, without notice, for any reason at any time (this is detailed in our Terms of Service). If you attempt to evade suspension or removal by creating new accounts or content, we will suspend or remove your new accounts and content.

How to appeal a suspension or removal

If you believe your account or blog content has been suspended, removed, or hidden in error, or believe there is relevant context we are not aware of in reaching our decision, please contact our team. We consider all good faith efforts to appeal.

Pika and the team at Good Enough may enforce, or not enforce, these rules at our sole discretion. We may also change these rules at any time. They do not create a duty or contractual obligation for us to act or communicate. You can read more details in our Policies & Terms.
